Hangman - Guess Words

I was having so much fun playing this game but I was playing the movies category and all of a sudden it freezes when I try to open it. I have tried everything to make it work but it just keeps freezing so I started food. I didn’t get one answer so I watched an ad to keep my streak, then it offered to watch another ad but wouldn’t let me click on it. Now it doesn’t even offer for me to watch an ad at all, if you get a word wrong it starts new game. There are way too many glitches in this game. I’m going to look for a different game. Such a shame because I was enjoying it a lot.

I got the game to test out for my elderly mother. I was hoping to be able to adjust text style or size to help her read more easily. Alas, the thin lines are the only option. I tried playing a few rounds of the daily word puzzles and the banner ad at the bottom suddenly fills half the screen when you initially go to type. This would only frustrate Mom. Besides that, it started freezing up as I was trying to get the ad out of the way. So I closed the app and returned but then it wouldn’t give me a new puzzle and the home button was no longer there to click. Too many glitches in the first 5 minutes. But the puzzles I did get to do were easy enough.

This is an EXCELLENT game but many features related to earning extra coins do not work. Also, the game’s music plays in the background when a commercial is being shown, which is definitely a bug. And I’ve noticed that some screens will freeze once in a while, requiring the app to be restarted. DEVELOPERS: PLEASE FIX THESE! Despite all these shortcomings, I’m still giving the app 5 stars, it’s that good, and is playable the way it is.
