No sound
Bought the app and was/am extremely disappointed. First it’s mostly just telling you about the training. But not much in useful training. Second the sound doesn’t work. 3rd there is no way to contact the developer to fix the issues. So until that’s fixed it gets a 1 star.

Must Have!
The amount of info this happen is crazy! It's up to date with pictures straight out of the FM. Has everything you need to teach, refresh on, or study. On top of that you can save stuff to your favorites and print out any sheet you need. For the price you can't get anything better

This is a very informative book not only on hang to hand but on other aspects of physical activities such basic metabolism the amount of blood in the body how many calories are burned in different activities gives the reader complete control of their physical capabilities and knowledge of their bodies.
