Halloween: Trick or Treat 2

Beyond frustrated!!! I thought the reason why I couldn’t get past the first level was because I had to purchase the full game... ok cool, so I bought it! To my surprise I still cannot move past level 1. So basically took my money and I can’t play !😡

I am one of your biggest fans. I love all your games and have almost all of them on my pc except the Halloween games. Now I have a tablet and have had to repurchase. I cannot get past ‘Moms Kitchen’ on this game. It’s my first try on this. There are no hidden object games like yours & yours are my favorite. Please, please fix this! In some other reviews I have read the same complaints. Never had a problem with your games before. Please, please fix this ASAP!!!! UPDATE: I have just bought and played CRUISE DIRECTOR. it was great except it had a few glitches but I was able to get thru the whole game. You have got to be one of the highest rated hidden object games out there. Why in this world would you not do updates and fixes to your games?? I have all 9 Xmas games and did not know you had others except the first Easter and Forest Rangers. Now I’ve discovered all these wonderful games. I would LOVE to play Trick or Treat 2, but cannot get past Moms Kitchen. Please, please, please fix this game. It’s hard for me to imagine that you are so popular but do not read your reviews. And I tried to get in touch with you another way but could not. If you do not repair the glitches, eventually I will report you to all those that sell your games. Please show concern. Those of us who love you want to keep playing your wonderful games.

I too was getting that #### when I tried to purchase this game, but last night I finally got my payment to go through. Now I wish it had not! When I played the free version I would get through the hidden object phase and the puzzle (map of the town) and when I hit continue the game shut down and presto! I was back to my home screen. After purchase I was thrilled that I would move on to level 2. NOT! Same ol thing. I have purchased most of the casualarts HO games and this is the 1st time I have encountered this glitch. I purchased 3 of the Christmas games but was waiting to play with my grandkids when I visit them in December. Guess I better play them before I go so that if they are glitchy we won't even bother with the games. What a bummer! For 5 bucks a pop, these games should be more reliable. I think some product control and customer support is in order.
