At least for me, I hear none of the frequencies for either ear. It does not appear to work.

When I first received these they were excellent. Then about 40-50 days later something changed. I believe that they changed the app. It used to show volume and power level, that feature is no longer there. Plus the self evaluation hearing test no longer adjusts the devices to my hearing. Please change your software back to what it was before.

I had an easy time connecting, and the app has frequencies that are tunable. I bought and returned Bose hearing aids, because they didn’t Bluetooth with my phone. These do, cost half, and while the sound isn’t extraordinary, I can listen to news and podcasts, without having to wear headphones or earbuds. These are my first hearing aids, and they seem to work, for a fraction of what others cost. I hope they last.
