Gulf Oomph Fuel Rewards

One of the worst apps I’ve used. When registering you can’t see the text so have no idea if your information is entered correctly. 2nd line of address is required - ridiculous field to be required as many addresses don’t have a 2nd line When finalising your registration an error message pop up appears but doesn’t actually tell you what the error is resulting in the pain of having to register all over again If you do successfully register, you then can’t see your log in details as it is yet again, invisible. Awful, do not download!! Happy to update my review should this app be improved…

How can anyone even take this attempt at an app and rewards system seriously? You would think Gulf haven’t used their own app. When you register for the card the writing in the boxes is invisible. When you go to register to the rewards section of the app, your hit with an error screen and no clue as to what the error is. It’s also very unprofessional looking, absolutely not what should be expected of such a large institution. The design of the app feels like an early 00’s dial-up website.

I really like this app. Easy to use and navigate around all the features. I also like the new Rewards section, I have managed to get some good offers already.
