Guided Meditation - ZenForge

I find the person who is supposed to be guiding the meditation to sound like she is just reading very rapidly and you can’t even follow along what she is saying, let alone do it or get into the right mindset to do a meditation. There should be a slow pace, a relaxing voice, not someone who sounds like they’re just reading from a page. It totally ruins the app for me. I deleted it for that reason.

I like the layout of the app. It’s easy to use and it looks well done. I like the areas the meditations cover. I think for the price it’s a good deal. But as someone with ADHD the talking is way too fast and my brain barely processes these meditations. There needs to be a way to slow them down.

I love it so far i needed that today and every single day
