The app has matured now after its initial launch. Like most apps, it had initial teething problems. Once I took the time to learn how to use the app properly, and saved my financial and other personal information into the system, it does the job well. You can buy any number of tickets in seconds. IMHO, it is much better than old paper system because of its flexibility (e.g., my wife and I can share the same set of tickets).
This app is atrocious, it hardly functions and when you add a fair to your cart it sort of locks you into place and you can’t move past to be able to check out. Eventually after mashing every option it magically moves on but once it does it does not save any card details and isn’t PCI complaint so it is unable to use Apple Pay or saved cards. The app feels like a late 90s quality flash program, it’s a joke and the fact it’s required for buying tickets just rubs the salt into that wound that much more.
The makers of this app need to review the UX and reduce the amount of clicks to perform the most common actions in order for this app to reserve a better review. The most common action would be ‘buy tickets’
