No features not even worth my time

This app has zero to no features itโ€™s constantly crashing or needs updates or is constantly logging you out and telling you to redo your Face ID login you canโ€™t even reset the password on the weekends. You have to wait for Monday morning to come around to call the bank to unlock your account even look at your balance. There are lots of other banks out there to have a lot better apps than this. Itโ€™s just crummy that Iโ€™m forced to use this app.

New app is not great

They may have released the new app too soon. Itโ€™s not intuitive, the main account screen is buggy and reorders accounts for no reason, account balances donโ€™t show correctly, thereโ€™s a weird ghost menu that doesnโ€™t have anything in it. Overall it has not been an improvement. The old app was better.

Poorly designed with many flaws

This app offers a โ€œremember meโ€ option for saving your login password but it does not work for ios. My password is never saved. So I setup facial recognition login but if that fails once (for example, i was wearing sunglasses so my face was not recognized) then the app completely disables the facial login feature without letting you attempt again, so you have to re-enable it, re-enter pswd, redo security questions, etc which is very inconvenient. On top of that, this app has limited functionality for banking features. This app and their website both have pretty bad UX and limited functionality. I like the bank but their user software needs a lot of improvement.
