Grillsmith Fire Club

Have been going there for years whether inside or out. The menu has somewhat changed (what happened to the drizzle of balsamic over the Chicken Gorgonzola flatbread?) and a few other little things. Not enough to stop us from returning but we did find the service lacking which is unusual and didn’t make our table happy. We will return to try again and please add the balsamic back to the menu.

Talked with the manager and asked if they could get Hog Fish. Chef came out and told me they could. Explained that in a couple of days we had reservations would like to have Hog Fish. He say they would order it. Came in for my birthday and told the server that we wanted know what the Short Trip fish was. He didn’t mention the Hog Fish so we told him to go and ask about the Hog Fish. The chef came out to our table and said that he had it for us and then explained how it wasn’t suitable to be grilled and suggested the best way to prepare it. We went with his suggestion and it was awesome! It was so nice to be able to talk with the employees and have them make my 72nd birthday extra special.

We eat there a lot and the food is always great and the service is outstanding! They will work with you if you have any issues with how you need food cooked, things to be left out or added and even where you like to sit! They have the best staff and they have excellent training. Always a pleasure
