Grill Cooking: Sort Challenge

I played maybe like 150 levels of this game, and was able to watch ads in exchange for boosters. I actually really liked this game initially because it would just keep giving me ads if I wanted more boosters, there was seemingly no limit. I could watch countless ads to continue the level indefinitely and use endless boosters for free (meaning no money, the price was watching an ad). The only downside to this game really was the automatic ads after every level, but I figured whatever that’s clearly how they’re making their money Then I got a popup advertising “no involuntary ads” for 6.99. The popup SPECIFICALLY mentioned that I would still be able to watch VOLUNTARY ads for extras, like the boosters. Well, that was a lie. I gave them the $6.99 and now I can’t watch ads for boosters, I can’t watch ads to skip orders and I can’t watch ads to get rid of bombs. It just wants me to spend coins for those things. I don’t want to buy coins I WANT TO WATCH ADS!!! So basically I paid them $6.99 to make the game unplayable unless I keep shoveling money into it. I am incredibly disappointed, I’ve already given up on a level and lost my streak because I didn’t have the coins to continue and couldn’t watch the ads like I normally would.

Too many glitches with the app. I’ll be on one level and pass it then I can’t move to the next level cause it’s glitching and now I have to do that level all over again. Then the screen goes blank I go in and out the app and it still a blank screen. So I be like I’m done for the day or I have to power off my phone to get back in the game and once again start that level all over again. The very 1st time I started to have these issues, i tried to do the troubleshooting steps that didn’t work. So i deleted the app and reinstalled it and guess what. I had to start ALL THE WAY FROM LEVEL 1 when I was already on level 120. I spent a nice amount of money to advance to some of those levels and now here I am starting all over again. I sent an email and never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing and frustrating. Not happy at all especially when I spent money and then at the end I had to start all over. I should receive a refund!!!

I love the different level layouts and all but I agree the ads are a bit ridiculous. I paid for no ads because Im already nearing the 100's after less then 24 hours of having it downloaded and I feel like this game challenges me enough to earn it. All I can suggest is maybe have a swapping Mechanic where instead of having you get soft locked because you can't swap pieces just make one piece swap with another and not need an empty spot to move things. Maybe make it power up you earn through playing. That's my only complaint
