Green and Yellow Cab

I really like using this service because they drop you off right at your terminal. This really helpful if you have extra luggage. My ride showed up right on time.

We use Green & Yellow cab for early morning trips from Somerville to the airport. They are always very reliable. My main complaint is the condition of some of the cabs. We have been in a few that are downright filthy.

I used this App for the about the fourth time since I installed it, but for first Time in about a year the other day. The comment section does not transmit to the driver. The driver did not get my instructions for finding my house and the office claimed that I didn’t enter any instructions into the App at all, which I absolutely did. The other thing that’s been happening since the App was released is that after booking a cab via the App, I will get notices, including within my emailed confirmation and receipts, that “next time please book using our App”. In other words I get chastised for not using the App when I just DID use the App. The overall functionality is good, but occasionally buggy as well. For example, i made an error in the address of my destination but it was hard to correct. Its also cumbersome to cancel a request prior to submitting it. This being said, this is by far my favorite Cab Company. Just fix your App please!
