WARNING: The “Gramps” app cannot function. None of the icons work. It is the worst app I’ve purchased on the App Store since joining Apple in 2008. It’s unfinished, unmanaged and clearly has faulty programming/ scripting/ coding. Nothing in this app is functional and should be removed from the App Store. I feel like this was either launched without reviewing the file or the entire file for the app is corrupt. I’m so disappointed in the lack of function that I can’t even begin to recognize I actually just threw away $1.99. This should be removed from the Apple App Store immediately. I would give this 0 stars, but Apple has forced me to list it at 1 star.
You can't upload GED files. Does not work. But will charge you $1.99 to use it. Currently writing to Apple for a refund.
I was able to import the GEDCOM file. The app continuously loaded so after I while I closed the app and restarted. The file then showed up in the app.
