GOODCAR: Vehicle History Check

I highly recommend this app when it comes to their customer service above other customers because of Maria. call was 45 minutes and within that 45 minutes I never felt like Maria was trying to hang up on me like most companies to try to handle the next customer. I feel like Maria handled me like if I was there only user. I felt very special because of the attention she gave me. Thnks again GOODCAR!!! Highly recommended nd no I’m not a bot didn’t get paid for this jus genuinely used the app nd was surprised to their service 🫡💪🤙

Thought it would be like a carfax. I was very wrong both vehicles I wanted more info on, it gave me nothing. The information I want is N/A and all the other information I already know. Gave me information everyone already know about there car like what type of car it is. What engine it is. Gave me no information that anyone could have just googled if u know absolutely nothing about cars. Than u sign up for 7days for like 2$ and after 7 days they charge u 30$. Well guess what they don’t let u cancel it. Have to email and call than and hope they cancel it. Downloaded the app and it kept telling me I can’t cancel my membership from this device… I bought the dang subscription on this phone got nothing else to use. Huge money grab in my opinion just spend the money on a CarFax report.

I paid for a $2 / 7-day “premium” subscription in the browser. The information inside is mediocre and can be found in any open sources. After fully checking the website where I paid for the subscription — there is NO cancel subscription button! Through third-party apps I found another website where you can only send a request to disable the subscription, as well as a phone number for direct contact. On that same site there was a “my account” button, just like on the first one — it shows all the account and subscription information, but the two websites look completely different. On the first website the subscription price is listed as $2 for 7 days, and on the second one — suddenly $30 for 7days! And the next payment date was scheduled exactly 7 days later. Also, on the second website some kind of form appears on top of the page. When I tried to leave the site, my iPhone asked: “Are you sure you want to sumbit this form again?” — because of this, you can’t click any link from the phone. And again — this is the only and NON-FUNCTIONAL page with the subscription cancellation button. I called the hotline (they start working at 7 AM, I called at 7:04 AM). They picked up almost immediately. The operator (sounded like an Indian guy) asked me for my email and full name. The funniest thing — I never entered my name anywhere. When I told him that, he still asked me to say my name. After my third refusal, he agreed to cancel the subscription. The subscription was cancelled during the call, but I strongly do NOT recommend dealing with these scammers. The website does not let you cancel the subscription, and the price suddenly increases more than 10 times! And the only way to cancel is to call their “support line” and manually ask for cancellation.
