Honestly, at first, I wasn’t sure about the app when they mentioned it on the Sales call. I downloaded it anyways because “what’s in a moving app?” A lot actually…. it was amazingly helpful to have all my documents in one place especially when insurance was asking for them, and to contact my rep and just feel good about where our whole life was at any given moment in the road. We moved 8 states away and being able to get status updates was a huge piece of mind. We also were able to connect to their other services which was helpful because my family got the flu the two weeks before our move and it was seamless to get someone out to help with the boxes.
