I love getting golf lessons at the course but living in the Northeast, it’s hard to keep myself golf ready year round. This has become the perfect supplement to my golf lessons and the full body workouts are now part of my regular exercise routine. I love the mind segments with Dr. Chopra and listen to them when I’m stressed. All around, this app has been really great and I’m thrilled I get so much use out of it.
I am impressed with this app. I’ve played competitive amateur golf for decades and feel that this app helps you understand your swing whether you’re taking lessons or digging it out of the dirt. I appreciate the course management and mental aspects that are just as important as understanding the swing. This app gives you access to some great instructors and fitness professionals. The best coaches adjust their lessons to fit your swing, imho. This app gives you a variety of instructors so you can refine your own tendencies and “feels”. Looking forward to new videos!
