Golden voice app shows I have already been registered before so k try my password from AXS where I purchased the tickets and it says it’s wrong so I click the “I forgot my password” button, only to be sent an email from AXS and when I change my password there (which I know that password) it then sends me back through the same loop I just went through (not recognizing that password I just entered for AXS) this is a useless app if I can’t even get logged into it

I almost never write reviews but I hate this app so much that I’m sharing here in the hopes that something might change. I’ve never had so much trouble retrieving a concert ticket on any other platform. Even though I have face recognition activated, it still accuses me of being a bot and refuses to let me sign in and then I have to go through a whole process of resetting my password and re-verifying my identity. They don’t send you any sort of email attachment of your ticket so you’re required to download the app and jump through these hoops just to access it. In the future, I will do everything in my power to try to avoid using this app again and would buy tickets through any other provider, even if they cost more.

What is this third party company? It has so many bugs and won’t allow me to sign in to retrieve my tickets. I purchased my tickets from “Vivid Seats” like I always do and now I’m being sent to retrieve my tickets through this weird, 3rd party, glitchy app that I really didn’t want to download, and it has so many issues with it. It very complicated and frustrating. I only hope I can get my tickets in time. Please, please someone help me get my tickets in time for the show. I do not like this format and forcing people to download yet another app to download their tickets. This seems very strange that I would have to go to a separate space to register and get my tickets. Maybe someone can please contact me and explain this confusing process.
