Gold Silver Vault

I have been using app since it came out and came to count on it as a backup for keeping track of my holdings until the last update My password opens the vault simulation, BUT now show zero balances for holdings. Very disconcerting at this point as I came to trust it as a sanitary way to keep track. Going back through my records and even having to physically go and count holding is going to be a great big hassle. Can this be fixed??? Although it’s a free service, I am a customer and feeling kind of duped currently.

Like others, I found the effort to buy through this app too cumbersome and went another route. Like others, I had reverted to using the app’s “vault” feature to quickly track the value if my holdings. But now, that’s an issue, too. I get that the app is focused on gold and silver, but the inability to enter *any* other precious metals (really, no platinum?) means the one use I had for this app is gone. I’ll recommend this app if your one and only interest is tracking gold and silver holdings. Otherwise, no.

The application stopped working even after multiple reinstalls. This happened when I move to iPhone X from iPhone 7. I cannot update my gold holdings and when leaving the vault and returning to the vault, the display of gold holdings remains locked opened. Again the vault is not working.
