GO Companion – Raids & Events

I thought it was completely random the pokemon that show up in eggs, but now I know when to filter out my eggs for events to get the pokemon I want. Hatched a shiny charmander today!!

I got my first one from the psyduck promo timed research I redeemed from the promo tab and my second I got from grinding the field research tasks the app told me to do!

I use this for every event and it’s noticeably bumped up my shiny count. The notifications tell me when raid bosses rotate so I don’t waste passes. The live field research list makes it easy to chase the right tasks to get the shinies you want! Definitely recommend if you grind research tasks like me!
