Your app is amazing. Not only does it allow me to make calls to mobiles and landlines but you can also make calls to other app users. The best part is if your wi-fi is poor, you can have the app route call over the cellular data network. Keep up the great work.

It does not work. I couldn’t make any calls. I had to uninstall it and kissed goodbye to the five dollar credit I purchased.

Attention developers, There are 5 important issues when trying to make an international phone calls that I'd like to notify you about it. 1- So when I make a phone call, it usually takes anywhere from 8-10 seconds till my voice reaches the other calling party and vise versa!!! This is a huge delay in and makes the communication experience so annoying and terrible. I hope you can do something about it as the amount of latency in voice transmission is absolutely not reasonable! 2- Whenever I attempt to dial a number whether its a domestic or Int'l number, occasionally hear strange and non-sense error messages such as "all funds are blocked" while I have significant fund in my account. Or I hear "this is an invalid number" while the number is as exact same as in my phone's address book which I use with other voip apps to dial the same number!!! There are other weird error messages similar to these I mentioned, which I don't remember at this time. But the fact is I have to some times dial a phone number 5 to 10 or 15 times!!!! so it can successfully ring the other party's phone! 3- The voice quality is terrible in most cases and I hear so much noice in background even though the other person is in quiet place during conversation. 4- the lack of having a local access number or any access number in general is very inconvenient too. Although internet access is available in most places, still its not %100 reliable and being able to make calls through traditional telephone via an access number is absolutely necessary. And I hope you can implement this system as well for customers Beside your good prices and calling rates, I really wish that your technical team can address & resolve all these problems I mentioned above as quickly as possible.
