GlobeTips - Travel Tips

This app is exactly what I need but it is just too inaccurate to be worth using. Someone else pointed out the glaring error of the US 15% tip for great service. This was true 20+ years ago but out of date. I checked with search and ChatGPT on Italy and Spain tour guide tips and this app states that no tip or 2-3 euro is acceptable. Very glad I didn’t take this advice as anywhere from €5-10 per person is what is actually acceptable. Deleting this app as it doesn’t look like it is updated frequently enough to be of use to me.

We are doing a lot more international travel and this app has been so helpful with on the fly information in every country we’ve hit so far!

Will give 5 stars for now but you need to update the restaurant recommendation for the United States… If you received good service at a restaurant and only gave 15%, it would not be appreciated… unless, of course, there was a charge on the bill already.
