I’ve been reading e-books for over 10 years and have a massive collection on my Kindle app. Recently, I purchased two books to read in this app, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. In the name of security, you’ve completely ruined the reading experience. I had high expectations from the SSGC group, but this app is a major disappointment. First, there’s no smooth flow for PDFs. We don’t care about downloading or printing your books—we just want a good reading experience after paying for it. Yet, this app is practically unusable on mobile, there’s no option to study on a Mac, and even on an iPad, all annotations are lost. Adding annotations is an unnecessarily daunting task in the app, with no option to create an outline. As someone who purchases books to study and revise, it’s shocking that there’s no feature to outline chapters. The developer could have easily added this functionality, but instead, users are left without even basic tools for efficient study and navigation. If you want to understand what a truly great reading app looks like, take inspiration from apps like GoodNotes or Kindle. Your app not only fails to meet the basic standards of usability but actively makes the process of reading and studying harder. This is not the experience paying customers deserve.

Had the below issue. Thanks to their active support team who rectified the error within few hours of reaching out. Appreciate the support. Issue- With the latest update, the app has become inaccessible. Pop up of “update app” appears on screen everytime the app is opened. Even with update, the screen doesn’t go, thus making the content inaccessible. Requesting the team to look into it. Thanks

Ghata Chakra has always been a one stop solution for aspirants as it has always provided very crisp and to the point content for the exams. Studying PYQ has never been this easier. When it comes to online studies, sometime it’s get tricky to understand the apps interface. Today I purchased an e-book from Ghana Chakra app, however, to my shock I could find my purchased e-book in the IOS app. I sent a text on WhatsApp helpline number and the team in a very short while assisted me by way of providing a detailed interface overview and helped me locate my e-book. Kudos to Ghatna Chakra for always having our backs and really a great job by the helpline team to provide with a speedy solution to queries raised. Thank you 😊😊
