My experience as a driver with this platform has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing I’ve had. The company lacks professionalism, communication is poor, and genuine driver concerns are often ignored or dismissed. When issues are raised, there is very little transparency or accountability, which leaves drivers feeling unsupported and undervalued. What makes the experience even more disappointing is that the fares are significantly lower than those offered by Uber and other rideshare platforms, even though many jobs require more time, effort, and commitment from drivers. Drivers are expected to do more while earning less, making the platform poor value for the work involved. On top of that, the monthly driver fee of $69 feels difficult to justify given the low fares, limited earning potential, and lack of meaningful support. I expected a higher standard of service and better support for drivers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone considering driving for them. Drivers deserve fair pay, transparent policies, responsive support, and to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I sincerely hope the company takes driver feedback seriously, improves communication, reviews its internal practices, and creates a platform that genuinely values the drivers who keep its business running.
GPU promised the Earth and deliver zero. Rates are less than an UberX and for that you have to drive 30 km help people in their car and be extra pleasant to them and dress nice. Rates used to be good but they recently dropped them by 50% but didn’t drop their own commission which by the way is 80% yes that is correct 80% and you only get 20%. It’s supposed to be a booking service but there is dynamic pricing which means that the rates start out very very very low and only increase to something close to reasonable half an hour out from the job which means that you cannot plan your day as they’ll pick ups will be extremely long. Support struggles. They do their best about the owners of this business lack any integrity whatsoever. Their clients need extra care and they are simply not getting it.
