Appreciate the ability to not only see account balances and transfer funds with this App, but also deposit checks and pay bills. I even placed a stop payment on a check with the App. Convenient and accessible at all hours from any location.

I was concerned after reading the negative reviews but decided to go ahead and download the app. I just finished installing and setting everything up and was able to accomplish my tasks in just a few minutes. Everything worked perfectly! This is an app I will use frequently.

I really like everything that can theoretically be done from this app like depositing checks and transferring funds. However, there are so many problems with this app. First and foremost, to originally sign in you have to enter the same information a redundant amount of times. Then after you’re finally signed up, the first time you log back in there’s a “request timed out” pop up. Which is very frustrating because it renders you unable to access your account. Also, the whole “check balances without logging in” doesn’t work. There’s a lot of fixing up that needs to be done, but at least GenFed is on the right track
