I really enjoy this app, and that’s what makes this experience so disappointing. The content is great, and when the app works, I genuinely love using it. The problem is the subscription. I paid for my weekly subscription, but after only a couple of days, I lost access and the app started asking me to subscribe again. I reached out to customer support and was told to update the app. I did exactly that, but it still didn’t fix the issue, and I went several days without being able to use a service I had already paid for. Then, the following week, my subscription automatically renewed and my payment was taken again. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened. I was charged, but I’m still being asked to subscribe again and can’t access the app. I’ve now paid for two weeks but have only been able to use the app for a couple of days. I truly like this app and want to continue using it, but these billing and subscription issues need to be resolved. Paying for a service that I can’t access is frustrating, and I hope the developers fix this problem soon.

Youth pastor here. Truly, I appreciate this as a resource, but, according to my students, from an accuracy perspective, it hits maybe 50%. Probably understandable just based on region. Although, I do think there is a way too much attention and focus on “vibes.“ Beyond that, I’d bump it another star if the user could select the scripture down to the verse and not just chapter. Customizable color themes would be attractive as well. There’s soooo much pink and purple. Also, it’s a bit pricey if youth is the target.

I’m attending ministry school and some of the it’s difficult for me to totally understand what is being said in NKJV so go check out this version and get a better understanding
