Gemstone Lights HUB

We had our gemstone lights for about a month now and we love them. My wife calls it my new toy. Soooo many options. I thought they were a little pricey but then we talked to a neighbor who has Christmas lite put up on their house every year and cost them $2000 We get to use these every day all year. I would recommend them and also Hagler Creek Electric who sold and serviced them.

You know, in this day and age you would think limits like 10 timers wouldn’t be a thing, but this app does that. Here are a few things that need help: 1) allow more than 10 timers or make the timers smarter 2) smarter timers meaning, for instance: there is a folder you can download for Christmas that is called “Advent Calendar” and it has a different light set up for each day in December leading up to Christmas…. So why can’t I just point the timer to that folder and have it manage the different days automatically? You can’t. So why not create a timer for each day? You can’t (see #1). So now, manually I will have to change it every day, or every 10 days since there is a limit to the timers. 3) could really use a “test mode” of some kind. When you are going through a folder like “Halloween” and wanting to see what all the options look like, you kill the box after about 11-12 changes. And I mean kill… like you have to restart the box completely. Maybe even a drawing of a house in the app to apply to, just to see what the different colors and movements are before using. 4) a random motion option that changes the light settings every time it is run or even during a run (like every 10 minutes)… make things more interesting Other than these pesky limitations, it’s actually a pretty fun app and we love our lights.

This is something I wanted to set up for our home. Getting up there in age and climbing ladders was getting to be more difficult for me.. I came across Ryan who advertised the lights I had wanted for the last 3 yrs.. talked it over with my wife and contacted Ryan who came over, measured and we made the deal. Almost 7 weeks later, cause I had been out of state, Ryan called and made a date to set my lights up. His two man crew w/ himself got the job done in one day, before they left Ryan will be returning to make sure things are tight and we’re at full satisfied.. thank you Ryan, crew and Gemstone!..
