Gemdoku: Wood Block Puzzle

This game frequently locks up and the only way to proceed is to close the app and reopen it. In doing so, you lose your game progress. This happens a lot preceding an ad or just after. Right now it locked up just as I was about to place my last block to win a game. Sometimes the ads are at least a minute long. I was playing a Sudoku game by this developer but had to quit because of the ads - ads popped up DURING the game every minute or two and totally took over the screen. I’ve played a lot of games and have never had that. This game plays ads during the game but they are minimized either at the top right corner or at the bottom. Sometimes the game locks up while those play. This developer’s apps are the worst I’ve ever played. I’m interested in the developer’s response.

I like this game but something is wrong with it. I was playing the game and all of a sudden it paused and I hear something in the background and beeping like a high beeping sound and I leave the game but I still hear it so I turn off my phone but I still hear the same beeping so I reset it and I open my home page and it’s downloading I find it weird not seeing everyone else saying the same thing pls fix this

This game is a hidden gem. It has beautiful graphics. Solving puzzles make your brain work. It helped me think outside the box. It’s for every age.
