I would have given this app a zero star ratinging if I could have as it is impossible to book a taxi if you are reliant on voice-over. Buttons are not labelled. If you rely on Apple's native screen reader, my suggestion is to use one of the longer standing ride-share apps. you can try calling, but if it is out of business hours, you will have to try your luck with the off-shore call center. There is a local number, however this is only available on week days during business hours.

It is 2019 and we are still seeing this app as it was designed for an iPhone 5s. The app is still missing the ability to see where cabs are before booming, it is using really old interfaces. Catch up and in the mean time I suggest continuing using to use either the 13Cabs app which is the best by far for any cab app or use a ride share service.

Getting better, but needs more clarity to drivers. Inc facts that affect pick up (disabilities ) and address that they understand. It keeps sending taxis to my home! ( I left there 2 hrs previous) and its unacceptable to have cabs do a" hon style "drive by & not stop, then be texted that "passenger unable to be found"! I know this is mostly taxi issues BUT I don't call cabs for fun!!!!! It's business and my only means of transport! ( tell me why there is no swimming pool found at address ....signs every where.) communication &support of system by taxis is the downfall. Not a new story!:-(
