Gaze: Live Video Chat App

I’ve been using Gaze for a few months now and it’s honestly one of my favorite apps. Video chat feature works smoothly and makes it easy to meet people instantly. Although a bit expensive, the coin system is fair and keeps things interesting. I love how I can talk with users from all over the world. I’ve had some really fun conversations and even made a few real friends 🙂 Totally worth trying if you're into meeting new people.

Everytime I purchase coins on here it don’t send my coins after purchasing, I report it they take days to answer back, then when they answer about my coins they just say can’t find where I purchase even though I show them my receipts... or they will say text apple to get a refund and I told them many time I can’t get a refund but they take my money... I swear this app owe me like 60k+ coins after some purchases I made... so I telling you guys don’t purchase here because the customer service is trash and they don’t care they just take your money.. because I spend my hard earned money to use they app and they can’t even add my coins to my account.... they owe me 60k + coins so learn from me and don’t buy coins!!! They don’t care bout the customer’s..... plus I have girl who I ready text before haven’t deleted none of our chat still can see our messages but the app charge me 50 coins just to talk them again when I’ve already text them and we are already talking to each other so why charge me again if I paid the first time.. There not answer my reports... so don’t buy coins they take your money Update: I told you guys I can’t get a refund but it’s ok, I already lost my money, and you guys can’t give me some of my coins back... I spend my money here because I love using the app and this happen to me and I can’t even get my coins u already paid for. But how did this happen

So I had purchased coins and I usually do and I talked to this nice women and she said she needed help so I gifted her and she said she never received the gift and then a few seconds later go by and she hangs up on me and blocks so then I had lost all my coins so then I e-mailed Gaze customer service and they seemed pretty helpful at first and then I got no Email back after going back and forth a little bit and so then I was like ok weird why they stop emailing me so then I email them again and had ask what’s the process look and then they emailed me back acting like I never made a report to them or something and completely forgot about and so then I decided to email them again and it’s almost been about a week and no response at all so that’s a bummer that customer service is that bad I can’t even get a email back or anything and so then I decided to talk to apple about getting a refund and they denied me for some reason even though I had told them I got scammed so yea this app has gone down hill tbh I went on it a couple of times and got scammed again but it’s whatever DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MONEY HUNGRY WOMEN
