This app was easy to use and navigate! Signing up was a breeze, essentially an E-Mail verification and you can submit requests! I submitted a request for the removal of a broken tree in the street blocking the stop sign on my block and I was even able to add a picture of it with the request! It was removed quickly and efficiently the following morning! I am thoroughly impressed by this app and its ability to bridge the gap between citizens needs/requests and the city!
It works and they respond!
Used the app this week to report a pothole. City came right out and fixed it! Awesome!!
