Garenta - Araç Kiralama

I rented a car for one day with Garenta from Istanbul Airport. I took the car without knowing that it’s an electric car, no one in the staff office told me it was electric. I knew it was electric car when I took it to petroleum station. I took a taxi for $200 because I was far about 100 km from Istanbul Airport. And later Garenta charged me $350 for towing the car , although they could charge the car and drive it back. And when told them that I had a full coverage insurance with them, they said the insurance not covering towing the car. And my question: what about if I maybe have an accident??? The full coverage insurance will not cover the accident and the towing??? That’s mean this company is a scam company and cheating customers. I paid $550 more over the car rent fee and insurance fee just for one day !!! I wish I can give Garenta ZERO rating instead of ONE, because even they don’t deserve ONE rate.

Why it won’t show car type and prices whit out signed up.🤦🏼 Why do o have to be a member to get the price from you guys ? Niye üye olmam gerekiyor sadece fiyat almak için .?? Fiyat almak için Niye bütün bilgilerimi vereyim ki.?? Belki fiyatını beğenmicem,belki istediğim araba yok Yurtdışına hitap etmek yok sizde demek ki 🤷‍♂️
