Literally the worst app I’ve ever seen. Won’t even give me an option to log in. Save yourself the time, effort, and heartache and just go on their website.
I have been in contact with them and they have lied numerous times about their policyholder. Even with photographs and a detailed police report they claim that their policyholder wasn’t driving their covered vehicle. They said it was stolen. It’s been two weeks and I have not heard anything from them.
Be prepared for the runaround! It’s been 3 weeks and no one has told me anything new about my claim. They say their policy holder that hit me won’t answer the phone??? I’ve called and left several messages with the adjuster, his management, and the manger’s manager to which no one has returned my calls. Might be easier to let your own insurance company deal with them.
