It's honestly laughable that in 2026, a major company like Futa Bus still doesn't allow international phone numbers for registration. It’s a huge barrier for travelers who just want to book a ticket. I really hope you fix this basic technical issue soon

I downloaded the app. Trying to book tickets in advance but when I added my phone number it just showed “invalid phone number”. I’m living in the US. I don’t have Vietnam phone number. Please fix this or at least let me just browsing the app (see what routes you have) as guests. Thank you.

Cannot agree with the price. Then I increase it by 10%, then asks to increase it more even. It keeps asking you to raise the price you need to pay just like you are in the auction ride sale. Hey VATO, if you need an auction just to ride a taxi service then we just need to stay away from you. Bad idea to develop this app, not a way to showcase a Vietnamese product!
