Don’t bother installing a line from this internet provider, they don’t even give you admin access to your own router unless you pay corporate prices which is ridiculous, and the internet is always slower around night time. The speeds are a lie or just high ping. Customer service didnt even help with the problem and kept giving me automated responses

Their services are so bad first of all, second everyday atleast twice- three times a day, the FTTH stops working becomes loss of signal, than after 2 hours it works again, than when I try to contact, they won’t even respond on messenger, they would respond like once a day, I’ve fixed the wires too and paid them 15k for it js for LOS of signal too happen again, get urself a better internet, I’ll switch too
