Freenow for drivers

I’m nearly New Driving WITH FREENOW. They Seems to be dreaming big but unfortunately I must admit they have one of the worse Drivers Care! INFACT Just To Remind you FREENOW without Drivers your Customers won’t be able to get to POINT B So they must be a better working solution within Drivers and Your Support Team Is actually a JOKE you cannot be having an ongoing issues for over three days Now and Nothing gets DONE. I’ve been OFFLINE I cannot go online since Sunday I’ve send Numerous of Emails Through I try to Contacts Through just to get some assist but it looks as if you are the one in a WRONG HERE and HELP IS NOWHERE NEAR! I have to try to reset the app reset the phone to see if it would make any different unfortunately NOT and what doesn’t HELP is your Support TEAM! They said they have escalate the matter further but you have to be the one chasing after them just for an Update This Is Such a SHAMEFUL. If FREENOW Are going to continue to work this way I don’t think if their going to be doing WELL This is CIRCLE Every single person has to play their ROLE in able to provide that amazing SERVICES.

The app very bad and send the job for multi drivers 🙄 when I am in the middle of the surge zone ( 3.0 or 2.8 ) I got job without surge 😒, when you rejected the job your rate go down, even Ola better then free now , it’s not suitable for the PHV competition companies in London , please relook to your service and your app, as I said you just joke and wasting time right now .. free now

Oh dear I mean is nothing really to say positive about this app and the customer service , application is crashing all the time, the customer service really poor , seems don’t see the problem at all lol , I’ve sent so many feeds about the problem but no answer then I’ve sent a feedback about waiting time which we most of the time not getting paid for it from this company . I mean guys nothing to add nothing to take . Think what you really want . Shame . You are big company but not organised unless you want to cheat on drivers ?! Regards
