This app is a gem for those who look for inner peace “on the go”- yes, sounds like an oxymoron, but it really is a very modern technique of quieting your self talk (and your mind )that you can do anywhere. There are classic silent meditations, there are guided meditations, there are group meditations and there are breathing exercises... Now there is FORMULA that appeals to various memory types ( auditorial, visual and kinesthetic) to work successfully with all of them. It is particularly suited for male audience as the structure is straight and linear, but I am a woman who has tried many types of meditation and I love FORMULA for its precision. Fantastic.
