Amazing love this a lot

I don't mind the ads but when you can't even get out of the ads what's the point why would i buy the premium when I can't even get the app to work with the ads having no exit button

I have had this app before and was able to get into my account through it without giving my password, i forget how. I redownloaded it like a month later, it said i would get a three day free trial and then be charged almost 30 dollars. I usually use free trials for apps like this and then cancel it and delete the app. I was immediately charged and now have this app for a year. I can't even log into it. I don't know how to get a refund but I am not very happy
