I was pleased to learn of an easy-to-use app for creating and filing a Float Plan. The developer provides VERY little information on using this app nor some kind of idea of who provides notifications when a boat is overdue; what kind of notification is sent (eg- phone call, text message or what. The developer also provides no technical support (phn, email, website, etc) that they make available to users.
