This app, I’ve used for many years now and unfortunately, it’s clear that it is not being worked on. It’s extremely hard to view your tickets if you purchased them outside of the app. And if you try to add your ticket, it consistently gives an error that it can’t load them. It also makes you log into the Events Pass website to view your tickets and as soon as you tap on anything else in the app, you’re immediately logged out of that and have to login again to see the tickets every time. It also is very slow to load when going in between different areas of the app and often makes you re-register in the app even if you’ve already registered once before. Overall, I think this app is very close to be extremely useful and great but it definitely needs more work to be much more user friendly. I’ve spoken to many other people in the industry, and they feel the same. It becomes an aggravation instead of a useful tool while being at the show.

Dumbest app I ever used! Always wants to update then stalls. Location asks for Bluetooth but won’t connect. Reinstalled app. Allowed full access still fails to work !
