Works good
Seems to work properly controls my couch nicely. It’s nice to have the added option for memory. I can turn the heat and massage exactly where I want it immediately. Yeah it takes a second to connect, but it’s Bluetooth everything. Bluetooth takes a second to connect.

Really like it
I really like this app it does everything for the new couch we have. I’m not taking off a star, but it would be nice if you could use two sides. I’m not a software developer, but I would think it wouldn’t be that difficult. Again the app works great for the one side of the couch.

The two memory settings don't work.
We've had our new recliners for about a month and downloaded the Flex sync app to use instead of leaning over and using the controls on the chair. So far the app works good use the two memory settings. When I get my chair to a comfortable setting I press and hold the M1 button to save that setting. When I try using it later on it doesn't work.
