Shame on the city. Just passing the work to the rank & file. Few positive results. You should be ashamed & embarrassed by the lack of real “fixes”!!!!
Using this app is useless. Every time I’ve reported something it’s been marked as fixed or “gone on arrival” and the problem still remains. The city seems to have spent thousands of dollars to make an app for someone to just click “done” and ignore everyone.
