This is the 2nd time in the past couple of months that I get locked out of my account. Called customer service and get my account open again only to be locked out again 2 weeks later.
I always have a problem logging in with my iPhone 16. Face ID does not work. I’ve brought this to the attention of employees and I always hear the same answer which is IT is working on this issue. It’s been months and nothing has changed. Every time I login, I have to reset my password. I bank with other financial companies and get access immediately with a two second Face ID. We’ve been long time customers and deserve better technology. Please fix this very annoying issue.
I love First Savings Bank, cash back on my savings account, the app which is very easy to use, the fraud department which advises me whenever unusual activity shows up on my checking account, the employees who are always friendly and very helpful. I would recommend First Savings Bank to everyone.
