FireFlow

Found my go to spot! Try to get in 2x a week what a class, talk about from start to finish pure sweat, the feeling of letting go with a great warm up, great music, coach Brittany is a rock star! Her express class will push you to the max just enough to make you think you can’t finish .. to her pushing you to complete a quick strong burn out- right into some great yoga flow … I am obsessed love the weights, the heat .. the challenge and how invigorating you feel after!!! You must try you will be hooked!
