Fidelity Online Banking

Hi bank I can’t create a virtual/online card on my app and other banks do that like it’s nothing what could the problem be I’m updating the app right now to check if I can create it after the upgrade keep up the good work transfers and transactions have been fantastic so far So I hope I can create the card I would try it immediately after the update

What is actually wrong with the current app? For years I have been using this phone do almost all transactions. Suddenly today I am being asked to upgrade. The upgrade is not opening up at the App Store. My fear is that it may ask me to upgrade the phone and force me to buy another phone. Are you people conspiring with phone companies to force your customers’ hands? Why would you fix something that is not broken if there is nothing there for you? Please leave me where I am, I de taste any upgrade that will make me to buy another. I have powerful computers that are doing more for me. The phone is just for my communication and limited bank transfers.

I don’t understand those people that are given reviews on this app,now they upgraded the app and it started given people issue ,it won’t even allow you to transfer or login at a time ,make them no go beat person for market ,I can’t be coming to the bank every time just bcos I want to make some little transfer please do something about it
