If fexa app can make it to where you can upload multiple photos at once it would help incredibly and save a lot if time because uploading them one by one is a pain!
Using the FEXA app/browser as our day to day facilities management for our company has been awful! It has been crashing & freezes, when you make a proposal for a job the items are sometimes duplicate or triple as a part/items/labors. You have to constantly review and triple check everything you do. Sometimes the signature doesn’t work due to freezing issues. Sometimes uploading the photos you can only do it individually or it freezes. To check in/out/schedule a work order there are too many steps just to write a report.
In the work order creation workflow, the app stalls and asks for data in fields you cannot edit. This is frustrating, since the web app requires photos. Taking a photo on the phone and transferring it is a lot of unnecessary excess movement.
