We recently used the Fetch Lead Retrieval App at a major trade show, and it completely transformed how we capture and manage leads. The interface is incredibly intuitive—our team was able to pick it up with virtually no training. We used Fetch for lead scanning at a tradeshow this weekend (it was mandated by the show organizer) and the app was down for the first 2 hours of the tradeshow! Absolutely horrific for an exhibitor. We paid $800 for the lead scanning service and are still waiting for a refund.
