I ordered and payed for FAZ plus in my IPhone subscriptions, but didn’t never was given access to FAZ plus content. When I reached out to the FAZ customer service they claimed this was beyond their responsibilities, as I had ordered FAZ plus access through IPhone subscriptions rather than through the FAZ website.

I enjoy reading the newspaper and do so on a daily basis. However, access on more than one device is difficult and sometimes impossible especially on what they call the F+ articles. On two occassions I have written the newspaper about this issue with it but neither time have I received a reply.

No complaints. Just wish that the Splash screen had a dark mode too.
