I absolutely love this fasting tracker app! It’s incredibly simple to use and has no unnecessary features like private DMs, groups, or articles. No one is trying to exchange phone numbers or hit on you, which I really appreciate. This is by far the best fasting app I’ve used. I especially love the feature that shows which energy source I’m burning—whether it’s food, glucose, or fat. One day, I had a terrible headache and couldn’t figure out why. I checked the app and saw that I had been fasting for 19 hours, meaning my body was burning fat instead of glucose or carbs. That insight reassured me and even motivated me to push myself to fast a bit longer before eating. This app is perfect for anyone serious about tracking their fasting journey!
