Farm Bubbles Bubble Shooter

I have been trying for over two days to get into the app to play the game, which I love very very much however it will not open when it did open two days ago. It said I had an update. I clicked on update it once to go to the update, I clicked down where it says update again and it takes me back to the app and this is a vicious cycle. It keeps going back-and-forth to update in the game updating the game now it will not even open, very disappointed in this

I love the games in and of itself. I’ve read the reviews and many are correct about the bubble colors not identifying with what is on the board. I equate this to them wanting you to purchase stars so you can obtain an additional 5 bubbles. I understand making money but really that part is a bit unfair. I am on level 1068, and this game will not sync no matter what. It’s also very slow to update the other players progress. I use iOS to play, and I will play on my iPad at home and on my iPhone when I’m away. The game will not sync between devices, and it should, especially logging in with a platform like Facebook. This tells me they maybe have an inadequate server, or they just don’t care that this happens. My biggest complaint has been with customer service. I’ve written them about the syncing issue. I’m pretty tech savvy (not an IT expert mind you) and I got feedback once telling me I needed to log in with Facebook. I wrote back twice more trying to tell them I did, and I’ve tried other methods of troubleshooting to no avail. Instead of fixing it or explaining anything, they suspended me! They didn’t suspend me from the game, but from submitting anymore requests or inquiries. To me, this is very poor representation of your company, a total lack of respect for those supporting you, and just horrific customer service. I’ve brought several people to this game, and because of this, we were ready to delete the game. I take great umbrage at being treated in this manner. I was never rude or unkind. I never acted or treated in a manner that was disrespectful or spiteful. This was simply wrong. I like this game, but it has one major flaw that is going to cause me to delete it, sadly. When you are getting near the end of a level and, for example, there are just 3 remaining colored bubbles to pop, let’s say green, yellow & red... many times the only color bubbles they give you to shoot are blue & purple, or ones that don’t match. So there is no way you can finish the level. That’s just an example, but it is very frustrating when the game won’t give you the right color bubbles to shoot those that remain. Most bubble games are set up so the shooting bubbles will at least match some of the ones that remain. Not so in this game. And you can’t pop a yellow bubble with a red one. I’m deleting the game if they don’t fix this problem. And cannot recommend it.
