It worked few weeks and then it crashed. It is not possible go leave the yellow first screen. Very bad App design. On the other side, the escooters are ok

For me this is the best among the rest. Idk why these clowns said this app is trash. I tried one of the scoots and it was really a blast!!!! I topped up money and it shows pending, before a minute comes customer support called me out of nowhere and helped me with the payment. They even dictated the whole thing how to ride the scoot, how to function, etc etc. This app is the best!!!! Scooters are more safe than loop, wer2 and fenix. I am a big fan of escooter and I know which one’s better. Will definitely recommend this to my homies and hopefully ride together soon. For all of ya’ll disclaiming this company. Ya’ll are the real trash mfs!!

Worst service and customer care ever I topped up twice and the wallet got updated after 40 mints when i tried to use the scooter finnaly it switched on and then off immediately.. i went home at around 11:20 pm and when i woke up next day I found the whole balance defected for a journey ended at 12:30 am when i was at bed ... when in contacted customer care they said i used the scooter for 2 hours
