I had a wonderful experience with Faireez Cleaning here at the Watermark Residences where I live. The team did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning my apartment. They worked with incredible attention to detail, and you could really feel the care and dedication they put into their work. Everything was left spotless, fresh, and beautifully organized. What impressed me the most was not only the quality of the cleaning but also the kindness and respect they showed while working in my home. It’s rare to find a service that combines professionalism with such genuine care. I highly recommend Ferris to anyone looking for a truly exceptional cleaning service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can’t say enough good things about the Faireez. Booking a cleaning has never been this easy, fast, or reliable. The interface is super intuitive, and I love how transparent the pricing and scheduling are, no guesswork or back-and-forth messages. Faireez has honestly become one of my must-have apps. If you’re looking for top-tier services with the convenience of modern tech, this is the one. Highly recommend!
The app is horribly designed and unintuitive. It markets itself with custom packages but you can’t edit the basic package once you’ve signed up for it and booked via the website (at which point, in the app, it finally shows what you’re buying). You can cancel but good luck if you tried to rebook the service you actually wanted because you’ll learn that you only have four “free” cancellations and that it will charge you $10 per session to cancel past that (even if it’s midnight on the same day you signed up). Also, it can’t handle entering the same notes across multiple bookings, which would seem like an obvious selling point of an app like this. Don’t bother with this - try finding a cleaner the old fashioned way.
